We have a professional design team that thoroughly analyzes and breaks down client's character specifications to achieve accurate detail reproduction. Taking the two cartoon plush toys in the picture as examples:
- Shape & Structure Reproduction: The green character's black bow tie is made with multi-piece splicing and reinforced stitching to faithfully restore design details. For the red character, its irregular body, top protrusions, and outstretched arm pose are precisely crafted to create a three-dimensional silhouette with strong recognizability.
- Color Accuracy: High-saturation green and red fabrics are precisely matched to client-specified Pantone color codes, restore Character Setting Requirements.
- Embroidered Facial Details: High-density computerized embroidery is used to perfectly replicate the characters’ expressions, delivering clear, sharp, and vivid facial features.
- Fast sampling: 10 senior designers + 50 sample workers. From the clients design drawings and specifications to the delivery of the first prototype, we can complete the entire concept-to-sample process in 7–10 working days, enabling quick physical evaluation.
- We support multiple rounds of revisions based on client feedback, including fabric swaps, embroidery detail adjustments, and proportional tweaks, until the final product meets your design expectations.
- We have established a full-process quality control system from raw materials to finished goods. All fabrics, fillings, and components undergo environmental testing and comply with international safety standards including EU CE/EN71 and U.S. ASTM.
