This custom mascot plush toy created for the Calgary Roughnecks professional sports team is another benchmark demonstration of our customization capabilities:

- We use high-fidelity brown long-pile plush fabric to recreate the bear's fur texture, paired with blue painted eyes, a black 3D nose, and an openable mouth design—perfectly capturing the mascot's tough yet playful personality.

- A key challenge of this project was ensuring the perfect fit between the clothing accessories and the plush body. The overalls feature a fully wearable, removable design, with pockets, suspenders, and cuffs all crafted to true workwear proportions.

- The hat is shaped using three-dimensional molding technology for a realistic look.

- The bear's mouth interior is constructed with individually cut and stitched panels, clearly replicating the red-and-white oral details.
