Breaking away from the simple forms of conventional plush toys, it features a combined design of multi-eyed protrusions, irregular limbs, and three-dimensional tentacles. Through precise pattern cutting and stuffing techniques, we have achieved plump, three-dimensional eye bulges and irregular limb shapes. For such multi-structured, asymmetrical, and irregular plush toys, we have a well-established sampling process: starting with 3D modeling to confirm proportions, followed by pattern optimization, and then hand-sewing the initial prototype. We can deliver the first sample within the agreed timeline, allowing clients to visually assess the design effect.
During the sampling phase, we support multi-dimensional adjustments, including tentacle length, eye size, stuffing fullness, and fabric texture, until the product fully meets the client's requirements.
We validate production feasibility during sampling: testing seam strength, stuffing uniformity, and embroidery fastness to prevent issues such as structural deformation or detail detachment in mass production. All materials used for sampling are identical to those for bulk production, guaranteeing consistent quality between the sample and the final product.
