The two knight mascot plushes shown in the pictures are typical examples of our new product development and rapid sampling capabilities, fully demonstrating our strength in the entire process from concept to finished product.
- For complex structures such as three-dimensional helmets, shoulder armor, and belts, we have solved the shaping challenges of plush materials through 3D modeling and structural sampling, achieving a perfect balance between a rigid armor appearance and a soft hand feel.
- We can precisely integrate customers's brand identities, such as the "LONDON KNIGHTS" shield badge and "CADMAR" embroidery on the belt. Using techniques including embroidery and appliqué, we turn the product into a mobile medium for brand promotion.
- We can deliver first samples within 5–8 working days from approved artwork, meeting urgent customer needs including new product verification, trade show preparation, and market testing.
- We support customers in making detailed adjustments to samples, such as overall shape, color matching, nose size, helmet curvature, and more. All can be refined repeatedly during the sampling stage. For instance, the nose size and belt ribbon shape of the character on the right were adjusted through 2–3 rounds of sampling iterations, finally achieving a result that 100% matches customer expectations.
- During sampling, we also conduct selection and testing of fabrics, filling materials, and accessories simultaneously. This helps avoid potential risks in mass production in advance and ensures high consistency between samples and bulk production.
We have established a complete product traceability system and archive design, sampling, and production data for every new product. This facilitates subsequent iteration, optimization, and reorder production, providing customers with long-term and stable product support.
