This custom case is exclusively developed for our client and not for commercial sale. It is only intended to showcase our capability to turn creative concepts into outstanding custom plush products.
We have established a standardized sample workshop and a digital sampling process, staffed by 10+ senior sample designers and 40+ professional sample technicians, enabling us to quickly turn design drawings into physical samples and efficiently move projects forward. The two toys in the picture are perfect examples of our capabilities in design, custom sampling, and craftsmanship:
- For the ice & snow-themed unicorn, we accurately reproduced the main icy blue color, converted flat snowflake patterns into three-dimensional embroidery, restored the fluffy layered effect of gradient blue-and-white mane, and used structural design to capture the liveliness of its lying posture.
- For the dessert & macaron-themed unicorn, we precisely replicated the soft macaron-yellow base color, turned the cupcake pattern into highly restored embroidery, and designed a contrasting gradient mane in pink, blue and yellow layers, fully realizing the client's visual concept.
- Precision embroidery is one of our key strengths. Through layered embroidery techniques, we transform complex design elements into highly detailed physical features, such as the unicorn’s eyes and the cupcake pattern.
- The hooves are designed with a three-dimensional structure, using precise stitching to create a full, realistic shape.
- We strictly select high-quality materials that meet international safety standards, including soft short plush, high-elastic long plush, and eco-friendly fillings, which are gentle to the touch and resistant to deformation.
According to client requirements, we can produce special poses (such as lying, sitting, or irregular shapes), exclusive elements (embroidery, printing, accessories), and functional modules (sound, light, weighted filling).
