This custom pony plush is a prime example of our full-spectrum customization capabilities. Our design team specializes in translating 2D IP artwork into tangible, 3D plush products.
For this pony plush, we used custom color matching with a deep navy base paired with a fresh light blue accent for the mane and tail, creating the exact color contrast from the original design. Using contoured pattern cutting, we brought the flowing, curved shape of the mane and tail to life in plush fabric. For the character's signature headphones, we implemented a dual-detail approach: a 3D wearable-style set, plus an embroidered headphone motif on the flank, perfectly capturing the iconic accessory feature. The hooves are finished with a custom scalloped cut, accurately replicating the character's distinct design.
