We are equipped with a professional sample workshop and a highly experienced sampling team. We have 10 senior plush toy sample designers and 45 sample workers, featuring strong R&D capabilities. We support full-dimensional customization from styling, color matching and materials to functions, with rapid sample delivery in 5–7 days, greatly shortening the product verification cycle. For this Plush Goat Mascot, we have achieved:
- The horns are made with three-dimensional cutting and filling technology, featuring a natural radian, high resistance to deformation, and a realistic sense of power of a big-horned Goat.
- The inverted triangular facial shape faithfully restores the three-dimensional facial contour of a real Goat.
- For the fingers and toes, we use precise stitching to realistically reproduce the shape of the Goat's digits.
- The color and tailoring of the clothing are restored 1:1 according to the customer's design drawings.
- Full-size customization from mini keychains to large-sized figurines.
- Adjustable postures according to customer requirements, such as standing, sitting, crossing arms, waving arms, etc.
- Custom logos and slogans (e.g.“CAMOSUN CHARGERS”in the Goat sample) applied via embroidery, printing and other techniques on the clothing or main body.
