For this plush toy's irregular shape and special arm/leg details:
- We use irregular pattern cutting on the main body to recreate its iconic oval form, ensuring a full and three-dimensional look.
- The limbs are crafted with a segmented splicing technique to replicate the mechanical joint effect as specified in the IP design.
- The hat is structured to hold its shape, preventing sagging or deformation.
- For the key single-eye design, we use safety plastic eyes, which are secure and not easy to fall off. Alternatively, we can adapt to printing or embroidery processes based on different client requirements.
- The mouth adopts a three-dimensional appliqué embroidery technique, with layered red and pink stitching to elevate the product's texture.
- The shoes are made with a full, rounded shape, and even the shoelace details are meticulously reproduced, perfectly matching the sneaker style defined in the IP.
- Fast sampling: 10 senior designers + 50 sample workers. From the clients design drawings and specifications to the delivery of the first prototype, we can complete the entire concept-to-sample process in 7–10 working days, enabling quick physical evaluation.
- We support multiple rounds of revisions based on client feedback, including fabric swaps, embroidery detail adjustments, and proportional tweaks, until the final product meets your design expectations.
- We have established a full-process quality control system from raw materials to finished goods. All fabrics, fillings, and components undergo environmental testing and comply with international safety standards including EU CE/EN71 and U.S. ASTM.
