Based on your design drafts or reference images, we can complete the first prototype within 3-7 working days, with 2-3 free revisions included. This ensures the final shape, colors, and craftsmanship fully match your expectations.
We support various sampling formats: from flat design sketches to 3D hand samples, enabling rapid trials of different fabrics, embroidery techniques, and stuffing options to help you verify the effect in advance.
- We accurately recreate the character's cute and gentle design — the round large ears, plump trunk, and sweet sitting posture, perfectly presenting the warm and healing style of the IP.
- Fabric colors are precisely matched according to Pantone codes, such as the light yellow ultra-soft fabric for the main body and the custom green contrast fabric for the ears/limbs, ensuring high color accuracy.
- The belly features custom embroidered text logos. We can also switch to printing technology upon request, or adjust the text content, font, color, and position to convey your brand message.
- All fabrics are tested to meet international safety standards including EN71/CE and ASTM. The filling uses high-resilience PP cotton, which maintains its shape well over time, making it suitable for children’s and baby product safety requirements.
We provide end-to-end services from design refinement, sample approval, and craft customization to mass production, quality inspection, and packaging. We support both small trial orders and large-scale production, and can customize packaging and add hang tags according to your needs, flexibly adapting to different order volumes and delivery timelines.
- Fast sampling: 10 senior designers + 50 sample workers. From the clients design drawings and specifications to the delivery of the first prototype, we can complete the entire concept-to-sample process in 5-7 days, enabling quick physical evaluation.
- We support multiple rounds of revisions based on client feedback, including fabric swaps, embroidery detail adjustments, and proportional tweaks, until the final product meets your design expectations.
- We have established a full-process quality control system from raw materials to finished goods. All fabrics, fillings, and components undergo environmental testing and comply with international safety standards including EU CE/EN71 and U.S. ASTM.
