We support various sampling formats: from flat design sketches to 3D hand samples, enabling rapid trials of different fabrics, embroidery techniques, and stuffing options to help you verify the effect in advance.
- We match fabric colors according to Pantone codes, such as the dark green body and light yellow belly/snout area of the plush.
- The eyes are crafted with embroidery to recreate the layered purple irises and white highlights.
- The belly uses segmented stitching to mimic the visual effect of crocodile scales.
- The tail’s curve and spine details are 100% true to the IP design, with high detail accuracy.
- Fast sampling: 10 senior designers + 50 sample workers. From the clients design drawings and specifications to the delivery of the first prototype, we can complete the entire concept-to-sample process in 5-7 days, enabling quick physical evaluation.
- We support multiple rounds of revisions based on client feedback, including fabric swaps, embroidery detail adjustments, and proportional tweaks, until the final product meets your design expectations.
